97,000 candidates applied for employment in public entities through a single open job portal
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 3, 2019, PD-5843 "On measures to drastically improve the system of personnel policy and public service in the Republic of Uzbekistan" an open competitive selection to government bodies and organizations from January 1, 2021, is carried out in all public structures.
The Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has launched the vacancy.argos.uz jobs portal.
To date, the portal has published information on 5732 available vacancies in 60 ministries and entities and more than 206 districts (city) khokimiyats. About 97,000 applications were submitted for these vacancies.
