Draft Law “On State Civil Service” has been submitted to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis
This draft law was developed with the aim of legislatively strengthening effective mechanisms aimed at ensuring the rule of law, transparency in the field of state civil service and the prevention of corruption in this area.

The draft law consists of 10 chapters, 65 articles and is aimed at regulating the following relations:
✔️general provisions on the regulation of relations in the field of state civil service;
✔️main tasks and powers of state bodies in the field of regulation of the state civil service;
✔️legal status of state civil servants, their rights, obligations and restrictions associated with the passage of service;
✔️measures on prevention corruption within the system of state civil service;
✔️unified criteria for the procedure for passing the state civil service;
✔️legal basis for maintaining the state register of positions of state civil service;
✔️guarantees of legal and social protection of state civil servants;
✔️general basis for the formation and maintenance of the national personnel reserve within the system of the state civil service.
While developing the draft law, the laws of South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Malaysia, France, Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries in this area were analyzed and their experience was considered. The conclusions of the World Bank and other international organizations were received.
